Just my $0.02, but I thought Scott had an interesting point and
it was well-stated.  However, I find the academic-self-defense
society approach taken here and in other notes on this topic
to be pretty distasteful.  I mean seriously ... "I'm a generous
soul and so I don't believe Mr Matthews to be evil.  Just stupid."
Can we be any more arrogant and childish?
