[ I should note that Susan Ness was a Commissioner (Dem.) of the FCC while 
I was there. The letter referenced was written by Mike Powell who was also 
a Commissioner (Rep.) under the FCC headed by Bill Kennard. Mike is now the 
Chair of the FCC.

On the Internet, history never disappears (yet).
