the RealOne player is spyware.  I refuse to install this player because of 
their spying practices.

Apparently, there is a non-spyware version that Real provides for the BBC, 
but I haven't tried it so

I tried to voice my concerns to Air America Radio, but was unable to find 
email contact info or a
feedback form on their website.  Just snail mail.  This is ridiculous, 
especially for a "current affairs"
type of network where feedback needs to be received in a timely manner.  If 
they don't fix obvious
short comings like this, I wonder what else behind the scenes has also been 
neglected.  If their
listeners can't get in touch with them in a timely manner, I fear they will 
tune out and Air America Radio
 will go down the tubes.
