Short version: Former employer of Orkut (the person) is suing Google,
saying that Orkut (the social network site) is built on code that Orkut
(the person) wrote for this earlier employer and which was subject to a
very clear NDA.  Google denies everything, but it sounds like the
original employer has some highly interesting evidence, especially a
series of duplicate bugs in both systems.
