Bush's quote is entertaining, as is a similar slip-up that John Kerry 
made in his widely-watched acceptance speech at the convention last 
week.

He said: "We will double our special forces to conduct terrorist 
operations!" And then quickly tried to correct himself...

Another Freudian slip? (Or just more evidence that there's not really 
much difference between the two?)
