This is a very minor point - but Blankenhorn states that "even the most
conservative members of this list must admit that putting Democratic
Congressmen and Senators on "watch lists" hurts the reputation of our
security...and...does terrible damage to our security interests" - a
statement which doesn't seem to fully recognize that the anti-watchlist
legions count many staunch conservatives at their fore.
