The FCC's Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on the CALEA and Broadband
Access and Services was published yesterday in the Federal Register.
Comments are due November 8, 2004, and reply comments are due
December 7, 2004.

The Declaratory Ruling on push-to-talk also was published yesterday.
