(For IP) Dave, Nothing to get "hung about" yet!  The real politik  
seems to be that the court case was tried in Rochester, NY, which is 
Kodak's home base.  The local jury probably has a natural empathy with 
Koday, a major employer in the area.  The more significant test will 
come when the case proceeds to federal appellate court (it is 
practically inconceivable that Sun will not file an appeal).  In short, 
hang tight and take time to breathe.  My best, Charles
