website (and has been since November 7): http://www.nsf.gov/pubs/2005/nsf05518/nsf05518.htmThe solicitation is quite similar to the 2004 version, but there are some significant differences. If you are interested in proposing, be sure read
the entire solicitation. Please note: - proposals must identify the size category of the competition for which they are intended (individual/small group, team, or center-scale); - all proposals are due February 7, 2005;- education-only proposals will be reviewed this year together with research
proposals
- for center-scale activity proposals:
- no letters of intent are required this year;
- three extra pages are available for the Management and Evaluation
plan
