I note that the issuance of the BPL Final Report & Order
enables formal legal challenges to be mounted. Just judging
from the FOIA request, such a challenge would seem likely.
Since the Chairman's batting average in Federal Court
has been somewhat checkered, I suspect this matter is far
from concluded.
