And the reason that matters is...?  Besides, how many libraries stock porno
books?

Actually, there's a much better reason to criticize the library's
decision--one could reasonably argue that because the photo is the only
thing in the book that caused offense, and because it plainly doesn't seek
to appeal to the prurient interest (a naked Rehnquist?) the librarians
should have done a balancing test and voted to let it in.
