Subject: DoJ, DHS object to IBM-Lenovo deal

Bloomberg reports that the Departments of Justice and Homeland Security
have raised concerns about the sale of IBM's PC division to Lenovo.
Both are members of the Committee on Foreign Investments in the U.S.
Not many deals are blocked by this committee; a number of those that
are blocked are sales to China.  The concern here is use of the
technology for military purposes.
