This email from Citibank is a security threat. It is sent without
encryption. It is just a matter of time until Citi's account holders'
names and ATM's last-4-numbers are harvested in ISPs and email
routers, with the added "benefit" that phishers now know who
the account holders really are. Another example of what should
not be done.
