Dave and Spaf, FYI or for redistribution. Large implications for students and teachers (but larger for all Americans and others). There is a different tone when you enter the US now, especially if you are from a country where you need a visa (and thus must provide two fingerprints and be photographed); I saw this, but did not of course experience it directly, returning yesterday from a trip to Europe.
