[IP] why have I prolonged the Apple discussion

While the press has covered superficially the story, I believed that  
the IP discussion was at a deeper level and involved issues of the  
industry and technology the press NEVER deals with. The thread is  
nearing an end for now. That is one of the things IP is designed to do.
