Hi Dave,

Thought this would be interesting for IPer.

A China software company (www.pplive.com) is developing a live TV  
broadcasting system using peer to peer technology. The basic idea is  
you can watch live stream TV from your peers while at the same time  
you also stream out.

As of now, you can try watch >80 china channel.

The software can be downloaded from

(Don't worry, they have English menu)

Testing so far indicate very high quality TV video so long you have  
sufficient bandwidth (recommended 6mbps or more).
