The basic idea is you can watch live stream TV from your peers while at the same time you also stream out.
As of now, you can try watch >80 china channel. http://www2.pplive.com/source.shtml The software can be downloaded from http://www2.pplive.com/download/PPLiveSetup.exe (Don't worry, they have English menu)Testing so far indicate very high quality TV video so long you have sufficient bandwidth (recommended 6mbps or more).
