Here's some interesting off-topic material for yourself or IP. The
following is a link to a page from Underwriter's Labs about why they
won't certify any of the turkey fryers out there on the market. The
video particularly is a real treat; it shows the consequences of
putting a "mostly thawed" turkey in a fryer...
