Subject: [IP] more on How a US Senator thinks the Internet works
Begin forwarded message: From: Gadi Evron <ge@linuxbox.org> Date: July 5, 2006 3:31:31 AM EDT To: dave@farber.net Subject: Re: [IP] How a US Senator thinks the Internet works I don't want to comment on what the senator said or on his position. A friend of mine told me today something interesting which is a on how *we* treat the senator's comments. "There is this senator who was giving a speech. Now you know how it is when you talk and you add in word such as 'like' or 'anyway', answer someone im mid-senetence, etc.? Well, he did. People quoted him word for word, so of course he sounds mentally challanged." We don't like it when the press does it, so why should we do it?
