I know of at least one company, PowerPhone, that says it has a system to integrate camera phone photos with E911. Also, a few municipalities are accepting camera phone photos from residents for non-emergency uses. For example, one area in London accepts camera phone photos of graffiti. The borough removes the graffiti and posts photos to prove it has taken action.
