Dave,

I was wondering if anyone knew what happened to Cogent this AM?   
Were  they under attack or was there another misconfigured router?   
Whatever it was, they seem to be back to normal as of 10AM but from  
8:30AM on (EST) their latency and packet loss were way up.  Maybe  
some IPers have the story?
