Are you kidding me? The proper way to forensically search a hard  
drive is to do exactly that, mirror image. This stops any programs  
from destroying potentially incriminating evidence. On the flip side,  
if the search warrant affidavit did not specify they were looking for  
adult or sexually orientated evidence, it may be deemed outside the  
four-corners of the search warrant. Now, the only thing he can't  
complain about would be sexual material with minors, e.g., child  
pornography. Anything else could be covered under the 4th amendment  
and Electronic Communications Protection Act, (ECPA) and or any other  
privacy law.
