Basically a grad student stuck a WWII-era torpedo replica into his car,
bystander calls 911, and part of the campus gets shut down for 2-3
hours.  They followed the guy to campus, then arrested him.  First they
sent in a robot, then they sent in a guy in a blast suit.  All to remove
an empty metal shell.
