There's *got* to be some minor country out there willing to solve this problem once and for all by acting as a "flag of convenience" for radio satellites -- and thus exempting them from regulation for all practical purposes -- just as Liberia does for cruise ships. If the FCC wants to be hard nosed enough to force XM and Sirius to move their studios to the minor country as well, let 'em. -------------------------------------------
