[IP] Reminder of my distribution policy

I tend to distribute things that I find interesting; provide  
different views ( sometimes extreme but not irrational); do not  
personally liable  or insult  others and to the degree I can present  
a balanced view of an issue.

I recognize that many will ask "why did you let that clown talk?"  
There is no police looking over you shoulder to force you to read it  
and who knows those clowns may be right.
