I agree that transparency is the best policy.  I also suspect that  
most businesses use thrive on the peak rate and only the media users  
or game players require the bulk.  Therefore, advertising a high peak  
reflects much usage.   This is not to say that hiding the net limit  
is good, but only that the customers Lariat loses may actually be  
doing the best for themselves.
