I agree, djf (but it does suggest that Verizon needs better control over such things. There are other technology companies that shoot themselves in the foot due to lack of internal controls on matters such as this. BUT they did rapidly react. djf

This is the way one expects a publicly minded utility to correct mistakes. Hooray for VZW!

As you know, Dave, I've been a frequent critic of Verizon's policies in many areas. But when a company gets one right, it's important to me to acknowledge that equally strongly.
