[IP] time to close the Comcast thread for a while

I had several talks with Comcast types (and no they are not changing the block on my access -- I did not ask them for that) . They explained and I explained the poor customer relations and non notification problem. They seemed to listen to some suggestions and offered to document their perspective. We will see if they do.
