According to information I received a few minutes ago from a Senator's aide:

1. there were several votes in the Senate yesterday relating to this bill
2. the ammendment for telco immunity stays in according to the vote
3. according to another vote there will not be a filibuster
4. the vote on the actual bill will most likely be later today or tomorrow.
5. whatever the Senate passes: the House and Senate will get together to
actually agree on a bill
