At Digeo, we experimented with USB cameras attached to STB's for home
video conferencing.  It had mixed results.

Regardless of the intent, I point out the good intentions GM had with
On-Star and note how On-Star has become yet another mechanism
exploited by law 'enforcement' to monitor individuals.
