Dave
Why stop at DNA-tagging?
Back in 1970, two psycho-surgeons (read that any way you want) Mark and
Ervin, advocated psychosurgery for violence. In their book, _Violence
and the Brain_ (1970), in the Nixon
administration, and among the usual media-cast (talk shows, etc.)
identifying, tagging and
lobotomizing POTENTIAL criminals was advocated and cheered.
Never mind that those identified in their early years were almost
inevitably of a different "race" /
ethnicity, social class, linguistic, educational and "wealth" background
than those doing the
recommending. This was to be based on "objective science", just as IQ
tests were used at Ellis
Island, where, as one example, close to 80% of Jews were found to be
"feeble minded"! (Could
you, at this instant, pass an IQ test administered in Mongolian?)
Face it: Orwell was right! These British are idiots ... (too) !
