Let's make the assumption that it's *all* new traffic, and that it will eventually expand to twice its current levels. So what they're saying is that the network can't handle another 6-10% traffic? What's wrong with this picture? And what fools designed their network such that they don't have room for 6-10% future growth, and who's fault is that? -------------------------------------------
