Subject: [IP] A "Google" for phone menus?
Begin forwarded message: From: "Lee S Dryburgh" <dryburghl@gmail.com> Date: April 29, 2008 1:46:31 PM EDT To: ip@v2.listbox.com Cc: dave@farber.net Subject: A "Google" for phone menus? Call hold times have been getting longer and IVR trees (press '1' for x ...) have been getting deeper and call agents have been getting more stupid. It's got so bad I'd rather do a Heathrow checkin than call certain national footprint companies. Basically consumers have been getting increasingly shafted, particularly in the UK with 0870s. Now the balance of power stands to be swung the other direction with a search engine for "phonespace". Quite ingenious. Read about it [1] or watch the debut video [2].
