Surely if Lieberman was halfway serious or halfway clued in about fighting "terrorists" these videos would be allowed to remain up, and the IP's of the source and downloaders carefully noted for follow-up later. These sorts of things must be a *gift* from an espionage perspective, even if just for traffic analysis. I'd not be surprised if Google's reticence stems from having had a quiet word from the NSA behind the scenes.
