I don't any data that backs up QoS claims. Mine are simply experience
based and I am offering them as such. I simply haven't found QoS worth
the effort (but simple prioritization mechanisms as I described them can
work in some circumstances). The fact the numbers don't exist (or not
published) to refute my experiences is telling IMHO ...but then I don't
have access to these numbers and can only go by experience. BTW, the
Internet 2 reference seem to largely agree with me and they focused on
QoS for years.
