Dave,
Given the limited scope number of comments posted on IP regarding thee
entire issue, votes and plausible legal and social effects, I would say
the adjusted FISA law is working exactly as planned.
Here just a few days past July 8th (closer to the actual date of events
we celebrate on July 4th here in the USofA), it is summertime, and I
feel a distinct chill....but not in the air.
Anyone else?
