I like that slide show.  Very insider view, but basically it says to  
me that
the big ISPs are the only ones who can afford to run the Internet in the
future and all the little guys are screwed.  (Sorry, Brett!)  Now  
since I
was at the original IPV6 meeting in Kobe Japan in 92 we sure did not see
this as an endgame scheme.  I doubt anyone did.  Just the way things  
play
out when the tech nerds try to control too much...
