With networked technology, intelligence is being driven to the  
periphery with the capacity of knowledge being generated locally.  
Disjoint data can be merged to create knowledge. This places public  
data in an entirely different position in respect to privacy.  
Information that was previously difficult to generate is now almost  
trivial.
