Last Tuesday I had the pleasure of interviewing by phone, Richard
Whitt, Google's Washington Telecom and Media Counsel.

We discussed such things as Richard's role at Google, the 700 MHz
auction, white spaces, the change of FCC chairman, Obama's stimulus
package, challenging the broadband access dualopy, and a number of
other things.
