Dave,

I've used GoGo on a few Delta flights this year and really love the  
service.  Though there have been claims that in flight VOIP is  
disallowed, I was able to have a video chat with my wife and daughter  
at 30k feet somewhere over the continental US on multiple occasions.   
I just wish they offered some kind of connectivity plan, instead of  
pay-as-you-go plans.
