documents in question in the ongoing UK scandal over MP's expenses.

This is an interesting ground truth in the changing face of  
governments midst the Information Era. Unlike classic scandals such as  
oh, Teapot Dome
& Watergate, where we relied fully on the Fourth Estate; here the  
voters get to examine the data in question themselves, with all the  
good and bad consequences of same.
