Sorry about that ... I have attached a PDF that is more legible, I think, below. I cut a line from my AdWords account, specifically, the Ad "Network Neutrality". Please see below attached.

Though the ad had run without issue for a year or more, the reason given originally was that the content was "improper" (I can search for the data if need be). The editorial change coincided with the timing of letters (& on-line posting on Congress.org & their "Soapbox" feature) I had hand-delivered to each member of the US Senate re: my opposition to the Patent Reform Act of 2007.

Prof. Farber you posted that letter on IP at that time (if memory serves, October 2007). I cannot say that had anything to do with the issue; but, I am still not clear. Prof. Faulhaber, I sent you a copy of the paper when I saw some of the work you were doing with Prof. Farber at that time.
