Apple proposing Internet-based network TV viewing subscription

$30/mo strikes me as significantly too high for such a service.  And
lower-tier usage/bandwidth caps could rapidly become a major limiting
factor.  Since you'd still need to subscribe to an ISP, who in many
cases these days will also offer TV services that don't count against
Internet bandwidth caps, the foundation of the battle lines seems
clear.
