For IP if you'd like.

The New York Times is reporting that some of the crazy new rules governing flights to the US have been relaxed slightly:

http://www.nytimes.com/2009/12/29/us/29security.html

In particular, the Times reports that the rules no longer require airlines to turn off live TV and flight tracking from their in-flight entertainment systems.  Also, the "no-getting-up-during-the-last-hour" rule has been made more general (and vague), directing airlines to ensure that passengers remain seated when ordered to do so by the crews.   It's unclear whether the "no-blankets-or-reading-material" part of that rule has been scaled back as well.
